TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR BOOKINGS

Upon making a booking with Terrallar, S.L., clients and their companions accept the following conditions:

1) Bookings
Once Terrallar, S.L. has confirmed availability of one of their apartments, clients shall pay 25% of the total price of their stay, by credit card or bank transfer. Terrallar, S.L. shall not deem the booking has been made until this initial amount has been received. The period of occupancy and the number of occupants for the apartment must be clearly specified.
In the event of cancellation, clients shall be liable for payment of cancellation expenses, pursuant to paragraph 3.


2) Payment for the stay
The remaining 75% of the price of the stay shall be paid IN CASH upon arrival at the apartment (Remember: WITHOUT CASH PAYMENT YOU WILL NOT BE GIVEN ACCESS).

In exceptional cases payment may be made via bank transfer, as long as the NET amount (cost of the transfer shall be to the account of the client) is received in our bank account at least one week prior to your arrival and we have confirmed receipt of said amount.


3) Cancellation policy
The 25% deposit is not refundable.
In the event of non-arrival or cancellation up to three days prior to the date of arrival, ClassBedroom shall charge 100% of the booking.

• The abovementioned percentage shall also be applied in the event of force majeure circumstances or those beyond the control of the client.
• If Terrallar, S.L. is unable to provide a client with the booked apartment, Terrallar, S.L. shall be obliged to accommodate the client in another apartment of similar characteristics.
• Should it not be possible to reach an agreement, the contracting parties shall have the right to cancel the contract. In this case, Terrallar, S.L. shall refund clients all the payments made (except, when appropriate, for the portion corresponding to the number of days of occupancy already enjoyed). Terrallar, S.L. shall not hold itself liable for any other claims or demands from clients.


4) Change of dates
If guests change the dates of occupancy, the new period shall be deemed as a new stay, with which the cancellation conditions in paragraph 3 shall be applicable.


5) Changes by Terrallar, S.L.
Although it is extremely unlikely that Terrallar, S.L. would have to make any changes in any already established agreements, this may occasionally occur and shall be notified as soon as possible. If, for any reason beyond its control, the company is unable to provide clients with the apartment they booked, Terrallar, S.L. is authorised to transfer the booking to a similar or higher class property. The client will not have to pay any difference if the cost of the transferred stay is higher. If the price of the stay is lower, Terrallar, S.L. shall immediately pay the difference or compensate it with any amount still pending receipt from the client. If this arrangement is not possible or the client does not wish to accept the transfer for any reason, the booking shall be cancelled and the total amounts paid shall be refunded. Terrallar, S.L. shall not hold itself liable for any subsequent obligations or any demands by clients.


6) Number and identity of occupants
Clients must give us their name, address, telephone number and age, as well as the number of persons that will accompany them during their stay. Only the persons listed by the client when making the booking may use the apartment. The number of people per apartment (not counting babies, i.e. under two-year olds) may not exceed the designated occupancy levels. Animals are not allowed except by express consent. Should Terrallar, S.L. or any of its local agents become aware of any breach of the aforementioned conditions, they may, at their discretion, demand that the property be vacated, without this giving clients any right to any compensation thereto.


7) Departures: penalties for delay in departure
Clients and occupants must vacate the apartment before 12:00 midday on the departure date. Otherwise, a penalty of 50% of the price of one day's occupancy shall be applied for unauthorised delays in vacating the property from 12:00 and 14:00. In the event of delays beyond 14:00 the penalty shall be 100% of the price of one day's occupancy.


8) Water, electricity and other extras
Unless otherwise indicated in the occupancy agreement, the expenses for consumption of electricity, hot and cold water, gas and the use of the electrical appliances are included in the price, with an assigned limit of 40 kW/day. If, at the end of the occupancy, this limit has been exceeded, the excess shall be charged to the client.


9) Security deposit
When you check in upon arrival, ClassBedroom shall take the details of your credit card. The company reserves the right to charge to this card in the event of any damages or loss of objects (including keys) that may occur during the occupancy.


10) Complaints
Terrallar S.L. declines any liability for any possible breakdown in lifts or any other inconveniences that may occur due to circumstances beyond its control. Nevertheless, it shall make every effort to remedy any problem as efficiently as possible. Whatsoever inconveniences that may be attributable to Terrallar S.L. shall not give any right to any refund; notwithstanding this, should guests have to move to a hotel during the repairs, Terrallar S.L. shall refund the price of the occupancy for said period. Any problem arising during the week should be notified prior to leaving the apartment due to said problem. Any complaints made at the end of the occupancy or once this has finalised shall not be taken into consideration. Tenants who leave the property without the knowledge of Terrallar S.L. shall lose all rights to any compensation.


11) Cleaning
The apartments shall be cleaned prior to the arrival of occupants. Upon their departure the apartments must be left in a reasonable state of order. Additional cleaning costs may be charged when the property is not left in a reasonable state of order. Cleaning with a frequency greater than weekly may be arranged at an additional cost.


12) Behaviour
The person who signs the agreement is responsible for their own and their companions' correct and proper behaviour. If the aforementioned signatory or any other person in the group behaves in an inacceptable manner pursuant to civic standards, Terrallar, S.L. shall have the right to demand the property be vacated, without this giving any right to compensation.


13) Liability
Neither Terrallar S.L. nor the owner of the property may be held responsible for any consequences that may derive from the use made by the occupants of the property, including damages, injury, or loss due to fire, theft or criminal activities.
